Featured Dance Studio: Elite Dance Lab in Clinton Township, Michigan

Elite Dance Lab opened its doors to the Clinton Township, Michigan community in 2021. Founded by Jennifer Little, the studio strives to provide dancers of all levels the best training possible in a warm, welcoming environment.

Classes Available

The staff at Elite Dance Lab provides high quality technical instruction in a variety of dance styles for ages 2 and up. Classes include ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, lyrical, and creative movement. The studio offers classes for both recreational students and students who wish to perform with their Pre-Professional and Pre-Professional Prep competitive dance teams.

Performance Opportunities and Competitive Teams

All students at Elite Dance Lab perform in the annual June dance recital production.

Elite Dance Lab provides additional performing and educational opportunities through its Pre-Professional and Pre-Professional Prep competitive teams for ages 5 and up. Both teams train in all styles of dance and perform in local regional dance competitions.

Students in the Pre-Professional division train multiple days during the week in all styles of dance to become versatile, technical performers. They also attend the prestigious Dance Awards national competition every other year.

The studio features a unique Future Academy that provides extended dance education and career training for students who wish to pursue a career in the dance industry. Students who wish to become dance instructors, choreographers, or professional dancers will learn available dance career options. Future Academy dancers will focus on dance history, learning to choreograph, the audition process, and more to provide skills needed for the professional dance world.

Elite Dance Lab provides a supportive environment where all dancers can succeed. Students learn the tools required to pursue a career in dance, as well as the skills necessary to become confident, hard working adults after their dance journey ends. Elite Dance Lab provides a home away from home with a staff who is passionate about sharing their love of dance!
