Leading Edge Academy of Dance (L.E.A.D.) is the premier ballet and dance school in Frederick, Maryland. Directed by professional educator Noline Edmond, we are the region’s only strictly ballet-based academy, providing an elite technical foundation in all disciplines, including ballet, jazz, modern, and acrobatics.
